About this photographer
I’m Phil Tragen, based in Manchester and I take pictures for a living. I use this blog to get my pictures seen by as many people as possible – anything from personal picture essays to news features. I think a good picture is one that turns something everyday into something extraordinary, and that’s what I’m hoping to showcase here. Besides, that’s a photographer’s job.
Other interests: am in a covers band with four other people (also with day jobs), Radio 4, cinema, and learning the drums. But this blog is purely about pictures.
